The Outside Areas

The Villa is set in the mountains just outside the city of Valencia in a very calm and peaceful area with panoramic views of the mountains. There are no neighbours close to the villa so you can relax and not worry about being over looked by people what ever you are doing. We like you to have total feedom here at the villa the only rule is you have a good time.
The villa has a internet, gym and swimming pool for you to use as and when you wish you can even get naked if thats your thing. Outside the villa is a Large Eating area that seats 6 people minimum. Sit outside enjoy your meal wine and the amazing views with music in the background.
Also you will find the entrance to the gym for all of you that don't want to miss out on your fitness routine, and who said the gym had to be boring ;-).
The gym consists of a professional multigym, stepper and free weights.
Leading off from the Shaded eating area you find sme steps that lead to a second turfed eating area with a BBQ a great area for pool party dining.
The steps then lead down to the inviting pool where the fun can continue. At both ends of the pool are terraces that you can enjoy the spanish sun one end has a canopy over it so you can enjoy the pool in the shade the other one is open to the sun so you can get your all over tan.
There is an outdoor shower big enough for more than one and many sun beds.

There are shops, cafes, resturants, discos all close by in the towns and if you want to enjoy Valencias gay scene then its only a short drive to the fun (villa taxi available for people who dont want to drive).
Valencia boasts some great beaches and even gay ones where more than just sun bathing and swimming happens.

Inside of the Villa

When you walk into the villa you will be greeted by a Large inviting living room equiped with a quality audio system, a dvd, 32 inch tv, satalite system and large comfy sofas that can be made into beds.
From the Living room you then go up a couple of steps into the fully equiped kitchen / diner with a balcony that over looks the living room

Off from the kitchen / diner you'll then enter the hallway which leads off to a modern bathroom with a large 2/3 man shower.
Also off from the hallway are 2 Large spacious bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom that is big enough to put a third bed into. The twin room can also be made into a second double bedroom with a superking size bed.
